Here is a 20 cm high heel in one shopping mall from Jinan,capital east of China,Shandong Province.I have no idea on the highest high heel in the world but this one is 20 cm high with 10 cm thick sole!Ladies,don't you dare to try? What if having an accident with such a very high heel? Wearing normal foot wear is far more better. To be aware of safety is the best.
